Maybe it would be better when he wear a real baby diaper, pull-ups or so are only for bigger ones who get dry. For me is also not allowed to wear pull-ups - i have to wear stil Pampers Baby Diapers size 8 or Huggies Baby Diapers size 7. I was a little jealous as my former sons was allowed to wear pull-ups, but I have to wear baby diapers and i am still in baby diapers
