Unbeknownst by most, like Brooke Shields, Marilyn Monroe got her first mature photo shoot at just 11 years old when she was still know as Norma Jeane Mortenson. Recently discovered negatives in the archive of a collector originally taken by a long defunct German magazine called Stadtnächte show young Monroe in many lovely poses. According to records found with the negatives, the Mortenson family believed the photos would be destroyed when they backed out of the contract at the last moment due to rising political tension surrounding the country. This will be a slow release, considering the negatives are in such poor condition.
